Why am I tired all of the time?

One in five of us feel unusually tired at any one time. This is known as fatigue and this can have a huge impact upon your general health, but is also a huge factor in injuries and incidents at work and in the home.
And it's not just lack of sleep that could make you tired, there are medical conditions that can cause fatigue, as well as many medications that can make you drowsy.
